There are places that simply remain an address. And then there are others that become a memory. This flat undoubtedly belongs to the second category. It is right in the centre, in an extraordinary location that allows you to really experience the city, with everything within walking distance. The flat is brand new, cared for with impeccable taste. Every detail is thought out, the environment is bright, elegant, welcoming. The owner Gianni deserves a special mention because he is able to make every guest feel truly welcome.
It was a beautiful experience, the kind you don't forget. And as we closed the door, the only thought was one: we will come back.

We had flats 605 and 606, located on the sixth floor of an apartment complex surrounded by greenery, and they could be interconnected, which we did. The flats were clean, tastefully furnished, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The terrace of flat 606 was phenomenal, beautiful, relaxing and panoramic. We thank Monica because she was very kind and available for anything.

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa per due notti e l’esperienza è stata impeccabile! La posizione è perfetta e strategica, ideale per muoversi comodamente e raggiungere le principali attrazioni. La pulizia è stata ineccepibile, con ambienti ben curati e accoglienti che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Very clean and cosy flat. Fabulous location in relation to the city's points of interest. Perfect welcome and extreme helpfulness from all points of view. Highly recommended!

Lovely flat, with all comforts, two huge TVs, kitchenware and bed and bath linen, panoramic view, the flat is located in a residence. Close to the Metro "A" stop about 400mt (metro basically to get around Rome). Super welcome, thanks to Ms Monica who welcomed us even earlier than expected

Fantastic location within walking distance of the main attractions, especially the Colosseum. Leaving the apartment building you find yourself in a quiet but lively cobbled street full of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. Very quiet at night, no noise could be heard. The flat is clean and spacious.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione centrale in un bel quartiere e adiacente alla metro; l'appartamento era confortevole, ben riscaldato e molto pulito. Praticità del check in da remoto tutto senza problemi!

La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort, e ha un salotto-cucina attrezzato (frigo, microonde, lavatrice, tostapane, piano cottura elettrico, ecc.. anche se non li abbiamo usati, .), ha due televisioni e due split aria condizionata (una in camera e una nel salotto-cucina), la posizione è ottima
